Sanieldan Properties LTD is seeking a professional and organized Customer Care Officer / Front Desk Personnel to manage front office operations and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Manage front desk operations and attend to walk-in clients
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Take accurate notes using longhand and shorthand
Maintain records and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
Support internal administrative and customer service functions
Graduate or qualification in Secretarial Studies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to take notes in both longhand and shorthand
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in real estate is an added advantage
