This role oversees the daily operations of a premium co-working facility. The Facility Officer ensures smooth workspace functionality, manages maintenance activities, and supports a productive and welcoming environment for members.
Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning
Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Respond to member needs and resolve concerns promptly
Monitor facility conditions and ensure all amenities function properly
Support efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and engaging working environment
Assist with fostering a positive member experience within the co-working community
Strong knowledge of facility management and operations
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Effective communication and customer service skills
Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
Proactive approach to maintenance and facility issues
Experience in co-working or hospitality facilities is an added advantage
Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in Facility Management or a related field is preferred
