Verifast is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content & Growth Strategist to lead its TikTok and LinkedIn presence. This role offers full creative freedom to produce bold, engaging, and shareable content that builds the brand’s online identity and drives growth.
Create TikTok videos and LinkedIn posts that capture attention and drive engagement.
Monitor trends, memes, and viral content to craft timely and relevant posts.
Develop a variety of content formats including videos, carousels, memes, and stories.
Collaborate with leadership to develop platform-specific messaging that feels authentic and human.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
Shape the brand’s social identity, establishing a unique, engaging, and recognizable online presence.
Experiment with creative strategies, testing new ideas and iterating quickly.
Deep understanding of TikTok and LinkedIn, including platform-specific trends and audience behavior.
Strong creative instincts and the ability to produce content quickly.
Excellent sense of timing, aesthetic, hook, and caption writing.
Highly organized, able to structure creative projects effectively.
