This role supports FIND Services in coordinating HR activities across multiple departments. The position focuses on managing recruitment cycles, onboarding processes, volunteer oversight, and maintaining accurate HR records for a fully remote global team.
Assist the founders with hiring tasks and serve as a central communication contact.
Draft and publish job listings across various platforms.
Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interview schedules.
Support onboarding by preparing documentation and organizing introductory meetings.
Maintain updated employee and volunteer records within internal systems.
Monitor HR-related emails, highlight important messages, and relay action points.
Guide volunteers and team members, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
Suggest and develop HR procedures aimed at strengthening employee and volunteer relations.
Minimum of two years’ experience in HR or a closely related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational habits.
Solid understanding of HR practices and workflows.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work proactively and handle responsibilities independently.
