AKHIN Village seeks a compassionate House Manager/Training Guide to support formerly homeless and street-involved youth through daily supervision, vocational training, and life skills development, fostering a safe and inspiring community environment.
Live within the community and oversee residents’ daily activities
Maintain discipline and document residents’ progress
Guide residents in teamwork, self-reliance, and skill development
Provide vocational training, especially in pastries and other relevant skills
Foster a safe, stable, and inspiring environment for personal growth
Support hands-on learning in STEAM and creative skills
Practical experience in one or more vocational areas: fashion design, technology, woodworking, construction, leatherwork, metalwork, culinary arts, cosmetology, art, or sports
Experience in community living, mentoring, or youth work is an advantage
Compassionate, disciplined, and able to motivate young people
None
Private residence and two daily meals provided
