Bancassurance Associate (Insurance Sales)

Dunn and Braxton is seeking a Bancassurance Associate to drive life and general insurance sales within partner bank branches. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, market analysis, and supporting company growth through proactive sales strategies.

Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with branch employees and customers

Solicit new clients and expand prospective/existing clientele

Manage reporting, planning, and administrative activities

Conduct market analysis including branch/client profiling and competitor product surveys

Attend district/region monthly or quarterly meetings

First-degree or equivalent education

Minimum 2 years post-NYSC work experience with at least 1 year in insurance sales

Team player with strong oral and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills and excellent grooming

Adaptability, flexibility, and tenacity
