Job Summary



This role involves coordinating and managing public training courses, including participant registration, course logistics, materials preparation, and client communication to ensure smooth delivery and high participant satisfaction.








Key Responsibilities


Maintain and update the annual public course calendar


Register participants and maintain accurate attendance records


Prepare training materials, name tags, and certificates


Coordinate with facilitators and ensure venue, equipment, and refreshments are ready


Track course delivery, participant feedback, and evaluation reports


Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person


Send course notifications, joining instructions, and reminders


Maintain an updated database of clients, participants, and organizations


Follow up with prospective clients to confirm participation


Support marketing campaigns for upcoming courses through email, social media, and calls


Assist in creating course flyers and promotional materials


Maintain visibility of training calendar on the company website and digital platforms


Process registration fees, reconcile payments with accounts, and generate receipts


Prepare weekly and monthly reports on participant numbers, revenue, and client feedback


Liaise with managers to develop and improve training processes


Required Qualifications

HR or related degree with a 2:1 or first class from a top-tier university


Second degree or professional qualification is a plus


Minimum 5 years of Learning & Development experience


Experience in curriculum development


Proven record of meeting or exceeding executive-level sales targets


Excellent business writing and presentation skills


Strong B2B business development and networking skills


Experience in Financial Services, Technology, or Energy sectors


Board-level training experience is an added advantage
