Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Manage reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate records and guest information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly
