Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Kano State and the Northern Region. Ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with legal professionals and corporate clients.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide product guidance and support to users
Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication at all times
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Assist customers in understanding product features and functionality
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role (LegalTech experience is an advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Experience in legal tech, SaaS, IT solutions, or professional services is highly preferred
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
