Management Surveyor

Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. is seeking experienced Management Surveyors to manage property portfolios and deliver top-tier service to landlords and tenants, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Manage a portfolio of properties

Conduct periodic property inspections, inventories, and tenancy check-ins/outs

Liaise with landlords and contractors to address maintenance requests

Manage rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy renewals

Ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Advise landlords on property conditions and tenancy issues

Implement approved procedures for efficient workflow

Prepare periodic and annual reports on financial and operational performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Gather market intelligence to support strategic operations

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Manage residents courteously and uphold client service standards

Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with estate laws and regulations

Professionally represent the company at all times

Perform other duties as assigned

MSc in Estate Management; certification or registration with relevant professional/regulatory bodies is an advantage

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property or facility management

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain high standards of operational excellence
