The Programs Assistant (Intern) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of academy programs, workshops, and media projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and community engagement.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing academy programs and workshops
Support enrolment, communication, and onboarding of participants
Help with marketing efforts, social media coordination, and community engagement
Maintain proper documentation, feedback reports, and schedules
Liaise with facilitators, students, and partners to ensure smooth program flow
Provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator
Contribute ideas for process improvement and program enhancement
Smart, organized, and eager to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Background or strong interest in project management, marketing, customer relations, or business development
Basic familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, or CRM platforms) is a plus
Passion for media and communications industry
Experience conducting research and synthesizing information
Available to work onsite at Ikeja, Lagos for 3 months
NYSC corps member or recently completed, residing near Ikeja
