The Education Project Manager will coordinate, structure, and deliver educational and community learning programs for a church-focused initiative, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable impact.
Coordinate academic logistics and extra-curricular activities across schools and programs
Oversee facility operations and in-care support services
Engage with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
Supervise and monitor project implementation to achieve quality outcomes
Manage daily reporting, documentation, and records
Provide leadership and coordination for teaching, administrative, and domestic staff
Support community-oriented projects, including outreach, feeding, and medical initiatives
Foster innovation, accountability, and professional growth within the team
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage)
Proven experience managing educational or social-impact projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage diverse teams effectively
Strong analytical, reporting, and administrative skills
