This role focuses on managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting internal teams to resolve issues and enhance engagement.
Manage and strengthen client relationships
Serve as primary contact for customers
Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Support internal teams in addressing client issues
Identify ways to improve customer engagement and retention
Assist with customer financial transactions when needed
Maintain accurate records and reports
Experience in relationship management or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Sales experience with proven results
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
