Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for team members or executives
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Conduct online research and summarize findings for decision-making
- Assist in social media management, content scheduling, and digital marketing tasks
- Handle client communications and respond to inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Support project management and follow up on task completion
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Must own a personal laptop with reliable internet access
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
