Job Summary

RedCloud is seeking a results-driven Cluster Manager to drive B2B trade between distributors and wholesalers within their cluster. This role involves building strong partner relationships, generating revenue, and providing market insights to support the company’s FMCG operations.










Key Responsibilities


Initiate, facilitate, and close bulk trade transactions between distributors and wholesalers.


Build and manage relationships with top distributors and wholesalers to ensure consistent trading and growth.


Own revenue targets by driving bulk purchases and maintaining active trading activity on the RedCloud platform.


Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities; identify high-demand SKUs and fast-moving products.


Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential trading partners within the cluster.


Provide weekly and monthly reports on trading activities, partner performance, and revenue contributions.


Collaborate with Regional B2B Manager, marketing, operations, and product teams to align trade strategies and resolve partner issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


5–10 years of experience in retail, preferably FMCG or B2B marketplace environments.


Strong understanding of customer experience and relationship management.


Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.


Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently.


Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools is an advantage.


Strong business writing and interpersonal skills
