Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols.
Conduct audits and assessments of production workflows.
Identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Test raw materials, monitor in-process production, and inspect finished products.
Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards; facilitate external audits.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams during new product development.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality control and assurance in tiles or cement industries.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), Six Sigma, ISO 9001.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with quality inspection tools and software.
