Key Responsibilities
Set and achieve sales performance goals to boost profitability
Supervise daily store operations and maintain high standards
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives
Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction
Monitor stock levels, tagging, and store presentation
Handle sales reports, daily reconciliation, and inventory control
Oversee staff performance, grooming, and punctuality
Communicate daily updates and reports to management
Required Qualifications
OND/HND/BSc
2–4 years’ experience in retail or store supervision
Confident, stylish, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing a team effectively
