Operations Lead

FMR CONSULT is recruiting an Operations Lead to manage the daily activities of a salon, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and effective staff performance. The role involves overseeing operations, team leadership, maintenance, reporting, and compliance.

Supervise day-to-day salon operations, appointments, and workflow

Lead and motivate staff, conduct meetings, review performance, and implement improvement plans

Ensure professional customer service, manage complaints, and improve client retention strategies

Monitor inventory, track product usage, conduct audits, and facilitate timely restocking

Maintain salon cleanliness, oversee equipment maintenance, and enforce safety standards

Identify training needs, onboard new staff, and encourage continuous professional development

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, track revenue and costs, and recommend improvements

Enforce adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct, including disciplinary actions when needed

Minimum of three years’ experience in operations or managerial roles, preferably in beauty, hospitality, or retail

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities

Proficiency with salon software such as Timely, inventory tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace

Ability to work professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment
