A leading real estate firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth through effective talent management.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
* Oversee performance management, employee relations, and staff development programs
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
* Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
* Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
* Provide regular HR reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management
* Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and work under pressure
