A growing real estate firm is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, close sales, and contribute to the company’s growth in the property market.
* Identify and engage potential clients to promote real estate properties
* Present property options, provide accurate information, and answer client queries
* Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports
* Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop sales strategies
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage
