QA/QC Manager

Easy Skill is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee project quality, ensure compliance with standards, and manage welding and inspection activities for ongoing projects.

* Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.

* Lead the development and implementation of the Quality Management System for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations.

* Plan QA/QC staff schedules and establish service standards for end users.

* Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification and training needs; provide mentorship and direction to QA/QC staff.

* Take full responsibility for hold-point releases and ensure equipment readiness for subsequent work stages.

* Develop and implement Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) activities and follow up on plant integrity recommendations.

* Oversee visual inspections and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), including 3rd party subcontractors.

* Manage inspection, NDE, and testing plans for construction, repair, and alterations.

* Identify and correct inspection function deficiencies; manage QMS internal audits.

* Manage all welding procedures, qualifications, and testing; coordinate with external test labs, classification societies, and notified bodies.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, AWS, BS EN, etc.) and control welding materials and consumables.

* Coordinate failure analyses and root cause investigations related to welding; maintain welder database.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar QA/QC managerial role.

* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

* Proficiency in English.
