Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development for digital and print projects
* Supervise the creation of designs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work
* Manage and maintain brand assets and visual consistency across all touchpoints
* Provide feedback, mentorship, and guidance to the creative team
* Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to align creative output with brand objectives
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior creative or team lead role
* Strong proficiency in graphic design, branding, typography, and visual communication
* Ability to guide, mentor, and manage a creative team
* Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
* Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
* Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and professional design work.
