Organic Marketer

You will help us boost our online visibility and social media engagement organically by promoting our content through white-hat strategies.Your role is to drive traffic, views, and clicks using creative, data-smart methods without posting directly to our platforms.

• Promote our social media content organically (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
• Develop creative ideas to increase views and engagement
• Leverage content sharing platforms, forums, Pinterest, Reddit, or niche blogs
• Explore collaboration opportunities, community engagement tactics, and off-page SEO
• Monitor and report on performance metrics.

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in organic, white-hat promotion of digital content
• Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystems
• Excellent at finding and tapping into online communities
• Self-driven with smart execution skills
• Bonus if experienced in parenting, beauty, or natural hair spaces
