Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small HR team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: post job openings, review CVs, shortlist candidates, and participate in interviews
* Oversee onboarding, ensuring new employees are welcomed, documented, and set up for success
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems for internal staff and clients
* Organize team-building activities, staff engagement sessions, and training programs
* Collect, analyze, and report HR data to monitor performance, retention, and engagement
* Advise on HR best practices, policies, and process improvements
* Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute HR projects
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field
* 1–2 years post-NYSC experience in HR operations, analytics, or consulting
* Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
* Proven experience leading a small team and managing multiple HR projects
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data
* Knowledge of HR best practices, staff training, and Nigerian labor laws
* Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
* Energetic and capable of leading staff engagement and team-building activities
