Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain records of all terminal activities
* Prepare and process shipping documents and paperwork
* Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and other stakeholders
* Monitor and update inventory records
* Assist in resolving discrepancies in shipping and receiving
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of OND/NCE in Logistics, Shipping, Business Administration, or related field
* 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or inventory management
* Good understanding of shipping documentation and terminal operations
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
