Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support strategic decision-making.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements across departments.
* Establish, track, and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Conduct operational and financial analyses to detect trends and areas for optimization.
* Support HR performance evaluations and digital transformation initiatives.
* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis, operations performance, or data analytics.
* Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and advanced Excel.
* Strong understanding of process optimization, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
