Job Summary



The Coordinator will design, implement, and manage the company’s Performance Management System (PMS), Learning & Development (L&D), Competency Framework, and HR Risk Assessment processes. This role ensures employee capability growth, skills development, and alignment of performance with corporate objectives, supporting HR strategic initiatives across the organization.









Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and improve the performance management framework.

* Coordinate annual performance appraisals, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration sessions.

* Train managers and staff on performance evaluation and feedback.

* Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and manage internal and external training programs.

* Source and manage training vendors and facilitators.

* Develop and maintain the company’s competency framework and coordinate periodic competency assessments.

* Lead succession planning and talent management initiatives, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

* Manage HR risk assessment programs and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

* Prepare reports and provide data-driven HR insights.

* Support employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

* First Degree in Social Sciences, Management, HR, Industrial Relations, or related field. Master’s in HR or Organizational Development is a plus.

* Minimum of Associate Membership of CIPM, CIPD, or equivalent; certifications in Performance Management, L&D, or Competency Assessment are advantageous.

* At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to Performance Management, L&D, or Competency Management.
