Puffy is seeking a data infrastructure leader to architect and manage analytics systems that power strategic decisions across its high-growth D2C business. The role emphasizes building reliable, scalable data pipelines and preventing data quality issues while leading a small analytics team.
* Audit and fix tracking setup across GA4, GTM, Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platforms.
* Build automated validation systems and implement data observability frameworks.
* Design and maintain server-side tracking for attribution accuracy.
* Architect end-to-end data pipelines and ensure high-quality, reliable data for decision-making.
* Manage Analytics Manager and Data Specialists, enforcing quality-first standards.
* Document processes, create runbooks, and establish technical standards for data operations.
* Lead strategic projects like server-side tracking migration and international analytics scaling.
* 7+ years in digital analytics with strong data quality ownership in high-stakes B2C environments.
* Expert knowledge of GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, SQL, Python/R, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
* Proven experience building automated validation, monitoring, and data observability systems.
* Leadership experience managing a small analytics team, with strong cross-functional communication.
* Process-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to zero-bug data standards.
