Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and uphold the school’s vision and mission
Oversee curriculum delivery and ensure high-quality teaching
Manage teachers and support staff, promoting professional development
Ensure students’ safety, welfare, and holistic development
Maintain positive communication with parents and stakeholders
Oversee admissions, operations, and resource management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree an advantage)
Experience in Early Years and Primary education
Proven leadership experience in a similar educational setting
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
