Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person channels
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and platform features
- Log and track customer interactions using internal CRM tools
- Ensure courteous, professional, and timely service delivery
- Maintain a well-groomed, presentable appearance while representing the company
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND in a relevant field
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or similar industries
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, attentive, and helpful attitude

- Detail-oriented with the ability to remain composed under pressure
