Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bakery operations and production staff
Ensure quality control of all baked products
Manage inventory, raw materials, and supply orders
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
Train and motivate team members to meet performance targets
Monitor production schedules and workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in bakery supervision or management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of bakery equipment, recipes, and production techniques
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable and able to work under pressure
Qualification: ND / HND / BSc in any related field
