HR Director (Plant & Factory)

A leading plant and factory organisation in Abuja is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources strategy, workforce management and employee relations across its manufacturing operations.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and production objectives.

Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and talent management.

Oversee employee relations, performance management and staff engagement.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and organisational standards.

Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and workplace regulations.

Manage compensation, benefits and employee welfare programmes.

Support leadership in workforce development, succession planning and organisational growth.

Oversee HR operations across the plant and factory environment.

Promote a safe, productive and positive workplace culture.

Monitor HR performance and provide strategic workforce insights to management.

Senior-level HR management experience, preferably within a plant, factory or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of HR strategy, workforce planning and employee relations.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
