Inventory Manager

Cizonet Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock tracking, support supply chain efficiency, and help maintain smooth inventory operations across the organization.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Analyze sales trends and market data to forecast inventory needs

Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely restocking

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Prepare and present inventory reports for management

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

2–5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role

Experience using inventory management software (Oracle, SAP) and Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of inventory control principles, supply chain processes, and logistics
