OneFocus Consulting Service is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth in industrial catering (onshore/offshore) and vessel chandling services. The role focuses on client acquisition, tender management, and relationship building within the Oil & Gas industry.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a structured client database
* Secure client meetings and presentations, targeting at least one new client acquisition within three months
* Monitor relevant tender opportunities and prepare/submission of technical and commercial tenders
* Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
* Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and persuasive proposals
* Track and report weekly activities, monthly performance, and maintain accurate documentation
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development within the Oil & Gas sector
* Strong network in the Oil & Gas industry
* Experience with NIPEX and other relevant tender boards
* Proven record in tendering, bid submissions, and contract wins
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented
