Logistics Monitoring Officer

Global Ease HR Consulting and Academy is hiring a Logistics Monitoring Officer to oversee and coordinate daily delivery operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely dispatch, tracking deliveries, managing logistics partners, and resolving any delivery-related issues to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of customer orders

Assign and supervise delivery riders or third-party logistics providers

Track shipments from dispatch stage to final delivery completion

Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal teams

Handle delivery challenges such as delays, failed deliveries, or order discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logistics costs, and operational activities

Optimize delivery routes and processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost

Ensure proper packaging and handling of goods before dispatch

Strong coordination and time management abilities

Ability to perform effectively under pressure

Basic understanding of logistics and delivery operations
