Operations Officer

Global Ease HR Consulting and Academy is seeking an Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate day-to-day business activities across multiple departments. The role focuses on ensuring smooth workflow, operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and effective execution of business processes.

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across sales, production, logistics, and customer service teams
• Ensure seamless coordination between front-end and back-end operations
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and compliance with company procedures
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Track business performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure timely completion of orders, production schedules, and deliveries
• Support management in implementing business strategies and operational planning

• Tech-savvy with ability to manage product uploads on websites
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience in operations will be an added advantage
