Manager, Legal and Compliance Services

A company is seeking a Manager for Legal and Compliance Services to oversee regulatory matters, manage corporate governance, and provide legal guidance across the business. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional with strong expertise in corporate law and compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Manage relationships with regulators, including filings and audits
• Provide legal advice on relevant laws and regulatory requirements
• Oversee corporate governance and compliance frameworks
• Ensure the organization adheres to industry regulations and standards
• Support internal teams with legal and compliance-related matters

• LL.B and BL (Call to Bar required)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate law or compliance
• Experience in Health Insurance, FinTech, or Financial Services is preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
