Job Summary

Lextorah Group is looking to hire a proactive and detail-driven Customer Experience Officer to manage student interactions, support administrative processes, and oversee digital communication channels. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and email
  • Provide accurate course information and guide prospective students through the enrollment process
  • Address complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain consistent communication with students
  • Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow
  • Maintain and update student and organizational records
  • Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates effectively
  • Manage office supplies and handle procurement processes
  • Prepare basic reports, track expenses, and assist with budget documentation
  • Handle official correspondence including emails, letters, and deliveries
  • Liaise with vendors for maintenance and office-related services
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as job postings and interview scheduling
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content
  • Manage WhatsApp channels and respond to online inquiries
  • Develop and distribute newsletters and communication materials
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for digital platforms
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, administration, or communications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with social media tools and Canva is an added advantage
  • Must reside in Yaba or nearby areas
