Sales Representative (Insurance)

Leadway Assurance Company Limited is seeking motivated and result-driven Sales Representatives to promote insurance products and services. The role focuses on driving sales performance, building client relationships, and achieving production targets within a structured insurance sales environment.

• Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
• Explain insurance plans and benefits to customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support customer onboarding and policy activation
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and clients
• Work towards monthly and weekly production targets

• BSc, BA, HND, OND, or NCE in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to persuade and engage clients effectively
• Self-motivated and innovative approach to work
• Must be based in Lagos (strict requirement)
