Continental / Local Chef

Blu Atlantic Hotel, a luxury hospitality destination in Lekki, Lagos, is hiring a Continental / Local Chef to prepare high-quality meals, ensure excellent food presentation, and maintain strict hygiene standards in line with international kitchen practices.

• Prepare a variety of continental and local dishes to high standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of meals
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety compliance in the kitchen
• Manage food stock, ingredients, and kitchen supplies efficiently
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in planning menus and improving food offerings where necessary
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to reduce wastage
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas at all times

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
• Good knowledge of international and local cuisines
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
