Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize engagements and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all activities
- Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external communications to the CEO
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records and filing systems
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and executive events
- Arrange local and international travel including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle visa applications, travel expenses, and reimbursements
- Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Represent the CEO professionally in interactions with stakeholders and partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar C-level support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and handle unexpected situations efficiently
