Level 2 Network Operating Center (NOC) Engineer

Glone General Merchandize is hiring a Level 2 NOC Engineer to manage escalated network incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure stable and efficient network operations within a 24/7 environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving routers, switches, and transmission links
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring network faults
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents
• Support network maintenance activities and system upgrades
• Update and maintain network documentation and monitoring tools
• Mentor and provide guidance to Level 1 NOC engineers
• Prepare incident reports and network performance summaries

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 to 5 years experience in network operations or ISP environment
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, GPON)
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ITIL frameworks
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, or HCIP are an added advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 shift environment
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Leadership and mentoring capability
