Mixologist / Bartender

Pawa House Limited is seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist/Bartender to manage bar operations, craft innovative drinks, and deliver an exceptional beverage experience within its fitness, spa, and hospitality environment.

• Oversee ordering and inventory of beer, wine, spirits, and bar equipment
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, costing, and preparation methods
• Prepare and preserve fresh garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure quality
• Ensure proper stock levels of all bar items at all times
• Use appropriate glassware and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Create unique and innovative cocktails that enhance customer experience
• Apply strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and their history
• Experiment with new drink combinations and flavor profiles

• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Creativity and passion for developing new drinks
• Good understanding of bar inventory management
