Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and internal processes
- Maintain records and ensure proper filing systems
- Support communication across teams and stakeholders
- Assist with reporting and general office coordination
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to organizational processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience working in an NGO is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
