Job Summary

A company in Ikeja is hiring a Customer Service/Front Desk Officer to manage client interactions and support daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and numerical skills who can handle both customer service and basic data/record management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and calls
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Manage front desk records, documentation, and data entry
  • Support basic accounting and financial record-keeping tasks
  • Track customer data, service metrics, and daily reports
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor logs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or CRM tools is an advantage
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
