Business Development / Marketing Officer

A facility management company is hiring a Business Development / Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth and promote its services and tech solutions. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who can secure new contracts and market digital products effectively.

• Identify and secure new facility management contracts across various sectors
• Promote the company’s digital platforms and tech-driven solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or marketing (facility management or related industry)
• Experience selling or promoting tech products such as apps or SaaS platforms
• Good understanding of digital marketing and product positioning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent relationship management skills
