Project Manager

A company in Ajah is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee product development and client projects from planning to delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently while aligning with business goals.

• Define product requirements and translate business ideas into clear tasks and user stories
• Develop and manage product roadmaps in line with company and client objectives
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Oversee workflows to maintain efficiency and scalability
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance before product launch
• Support product launches and track performance for improvements
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in project or product management (tech experience preferred)
• Good understanding of the product development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate technical and business needs effectively
• Proficiency in tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar
