Business Development Manager

A company in Ikoyi is looking to hire a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client base. This role involves managing client relationships, mobilizing deposits, and supporting loan generation while ensuring compliance and strong market positioning.

• Drive client acquisition and expand the company’s customer base
• Mobilize deposits and work towards achieving financial targets
• Manage and grow the loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with risk policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through quality service
• Develop and implement effective sales and business growth strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Experience in financial services is an added advantage
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Good understanding of financial products and market trends
