Finance Manager

Brands Optimal Limited is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and control functions, ensuring strong fiscal discipline, compliance, and efficient financial operations within the organization.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgeting processes, cash flow planning, transactional oversight, and financial compliance while leading a small finance team and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate with department heads to prepare, monitor, and control project budgets
• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare forecasts to ensure liquidity management
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and related finance operations
• Oversee taxation processes including VAT, WHT, and CIT filings to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors during audit processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies
• Lead and supervise a team of finance/accounting staff
• Support financial reporting and month-end closing processes
• Maintain strong internal control systems across financial operations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Professional certification (ICAN final stage or ACCA equivalent preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Good communication and leadership skills
