Job Summary

ABNL Limited is seeking a competent Project Engineer II to support engineering design, project coordination, and execution activities within oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, and project objectives.

Job Description:

The Project Engineer II will provide technical and coordination support across project phases, assist in engineering design reviews, manage contractor interactions, and support project execution in line with approved scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection



Support identification and sourcing of long-lead equipment and FEED contractor coordination



Coordinate development of CCAP Gate 3 deliverables



Coordinate Functional Interaction Plans and project issue resolution processes



Manage change requests and support endorsement of change authorizations



Ensure assigned project work scope is delivered in line with objectives



Interface between project teams and contractors to ensure alignment with specifications



Support smooth transitions across project phases and stages



Assist in applying Project Management Systems within the PMT



Provide technical and engineering support as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field



Experience in engineering, construction, and project management environments



Multi-disciplinary project exposure and understanding of engineering processes



Strong knowledge of design standards, specifications, and workflows



Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills



Excellent organizational and planning abilities



Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities



Strong written and verbal communication skills in English



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
